Your Hostel, in Krabi town, is a little gem and family friendly too. Fully refurbished in 2015, the budget accommodation hostel even boasts a small swimming pool in the covered downstairs foyer area, a great place to cool off. With a restaurant and bar by the pool, it is a bonus to any traveller when checking in.
On entering the hostel, there was a pleasant and relaxed feel to the place. A quiet vibe and friendly greeting from the staff made it an easy place to feel happy in when travelling with kids.
Rooms are very nicely presented and well serviced with clean fresh linen and towels if required. Double and twin rooms have excellent en-suite facilities and the shared facilities for dorm rooms are well above average too.
As well as mixed dorms, a female dorm is also available – something so many hostels around the world fail to do these days.
Tour bookings for local attractions, activities and boat trips and advice available is readily available from the friendly staff, baggage minding and lockers available for safeguarding items.
Krabi is a major hub for ferries to and from Koh Phi Phi and surrounding islands. Local temples, hot springs, monkeys and beaches can keep anyone entertained for days.
We stayed here for a couple of nights after being in Bangkok and the kids were welcomed with smiles, easily mixing with a good crowd of other travellers.
